We would like to kindly inform you that as of 29 March this year, Resolution No. 1/2022 of the Polish Accreditation Committee of 16 February 2022 on the amendment of PKA Resolution No. 4/2028 of 13 December 2018 on the Statutes of the Polish Accreditation Committee entered into force.
At the same time, we would like to inform that the Minister of Education and Science, under the authority of Article 256, paragraph 3. of the Act of 20 July 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574) has not raised any objections to the legality of the amendments to the Statutes of PKA.
Accordingly, the consolidated text of the Statutes of the Polish Accreditation Committee has been published on the Committee’s website at this link, taking into account the changes introduced by the Resolutions of the Polish Accreditation Committee of 18 February 2019 No. 1/2019 and of 16 February 2022 No. 1/2022.
