We present to readers another report on the activities of the Polish Accreditation Commission. The year 2013 was, like each of the last 12 years of the Commission operation, a very busy period for PKA members, its experts and employees of the Bureau … It was a year significantly different from the previous one. It is worth remembering that 2012 was the first year after the entry into force of the amendment to the Act on Higher Education, which, among other things, introduced the National Qualifications Framework (KRK), abolished the list of directions set by the minister and gave universities program autonomy, and also introduced PKA competence palettes
